This is the first, of a five-episode video series, filmed during an introductory workshop, presents Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy — an approach to psychotherapy from an embodied, relational and developmental perspective. It introduces a methodology where psychotherapists can develop sensitivity to their clients and their own movement experiences so as to better understand the unfolding clinical relationship.
